Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Rona Al Imtiaz. By placing an order, engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Supply
We supply industrial electrical equipment, construction materials, plumbing and mechanical components and HVAC systems, and provide related installation, maintenance and manpower services. The exact scope of each order is set out in the quotation and confirmed on acceptance.
2. Quotations and Orders
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
- Lead times are given in good faith and may be affected by manufacturer and shipping schedules.
- Where a specified item is unavailable, an equivalent will be proposed for your written approval before supply.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate specifications, drawings and site information.
- Ensure safe access to site for delivery and installation work.
- Respond promptly to technical queries and approval requests.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are as stated in the accepted quotation. Payment terms are confirmed on each quotation. Third-party charges such as freight, customs duties or statutory fees are payable in addition unless expressly included.
5. Delivery and Risk
Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the agreed address. Shortages or damage must be notified in writing within a reasonable period of delivery so that a claim can be raised with the carrier or supplier.
6. Warranty
Goods carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Workmanship on installation is warranted for the period stated in the relevant quotation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to maintain the equipment.
7. Returns
Standard stock items may be returned unused and in original packaging within the period agreed at the time of sale. Special-order and cut-to-length items are non-returnable once supplied.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or programme delay, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
