3. Fees and Payments
Service fees are quoted before work begins and are payable as agreed. Some third-party charges — such as embassy fees, airline fares or hotel costs — are paid directly to the relevant providers and are non-refundable once incurred.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and how far processing has progressed. Government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable. Our service charges may be partially refundable at our discretion, as explained at the time of booking.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to provide the highest quality support, decisions on visas, permits and other applications rest with the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee approval of any application.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nimbus Root Computer Consulting is not liable for delays, rejections or losses caused by third parties, government authorities, or inaccurate information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
